Texas incorporated in May 1983, Plano Home Inspection, Inc. grew from one inspector working out of his residence to as many as six full-time inspectors before settling on the current staff of three.  The company relocated in 1984 to its current office site, 2817 Regal Rd., Suite 107, Plano TX.  The staff consists of three full-time TREC licensed Professional Real Estate Inspectors, office manager, and office administrator.  To our knowledge, we are one of the oldest and most experienced real estate inspection companies in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex.

Plano Home Inspection, Inc. has kept up with major industry events.  In 1985, Tom Tidwell and Steve Wright became some of the first licensed real estate inspectors in the state, as evidenced by their respective license numbers (TREC #33 and TREC # 34. respectively).  In 1987, Plano Home Inspection became one of the first real estate inspection companies to offer Wood Destroying Insect (termite) reports.  In 1998, the company incorporated the standardized TREC mandated inspection report.  Currently, we provide computerized inspection reports on-sight or same day.  Through the years, the company has added additional inspectors personally trained by our original partners.  Some of these inspectors have retired or gone out on their own, but the core inspectors are still going strong.

Plano Home Inspection has a reputation for being a very thorough and professional organization.  Our office administrator is available Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. to respond to calls, questions, and scheduling needs.  After hours and on weekends, the office is available via 24 hour voice mail.
